Implement centralized production line fully automatic control, by PLC and touch screen operation, all operations are completed by PLC control of machinery and equipment, reduce the labor intensity of workers and the number of workers, improve the production efficiency.

1.Flour mixer : to mix various raw material evenly.

2.Screw conveyor : to convey raw material to extrude

3.Single screw extruder :to extruder and cook the raw material into different shapes macaroni pasta

4. cutter: to cut long strip pasta into short cut shapes.

5. elevator: to convey the food to the next machine

6. Belt drying oven: to dry and remove the extrusion pasta macaroni moisture by circulating belt.

7.Cooling conveyor: to cool down the pasta macaroni from the dring oven.
